HARD MOODS. BIG BEHAVIORS. OVERWHELMED PARENTS?
For parents who are scared, exhausted, and tired of walking on eggshells.
Parenting can feel incredibly lonely when your child is struggling. You may be dealing with intense emotions, shutdowns, conflict, anxiety, depression, self-harm, risky behavior, or moments that leave you wondering what to do next.
This monthly parent support group is designed for parents and caregivers who feel scared, exhausted, overwhelmed, or tired of walking on eggshells.
Together, we’ll focus on helping parents feel less alone, better equipped, and more grounded as they support their child. The group will include support, practical tools, psychoeducation, and space to connect with other parents who understand how hard this season can feel.
We are currently gathering interest for our upcoming cohorts.
