  • Building Bridges: A Toolkit For Families Impacted by Self-Harm

    In-Person Workshop · 2.5–3 hours · Custom Pricing Based on Group Size & Travel

    This interactive, psychoeducational workshop is designed for parents and their teens to attend together. It offers a safe, structured space to learn about the neurobiology of self-harm, build emotional regulation skills, and begin repairing the ruptures that often show up in families when self-harm is involved.

    The format includes:

    45 minutes of joint psychoeducation

    45 minutes of breakout groups (teens with one facilitator, parents with another)

    45 minutes of structured reconnection and closing reflections

    The tone is real, compassionate, and non-shaming. Families walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of what drives self-harming behaviors, and a sense of connection and hope moving forward.
