The flow of the 4 sessions:

  • Session 1: Joint session—shared story, key concerns, and goals

  • Session 2: Individual session (Partner 1)—history, attachment style, and hopes

  • Session 3: Individual session (Partner 2)—history, attachment style, and hopes

  • Session 4: Joint session—identifying patterns and creating a personalized plan

Premarital Counseling

6 sessions · 45 minutes each · $900

This six-session package is designed to help you and your partner build a strong, connected foundation as you prepare for marriage. We’ll explore the key areas that matter most—like communication, conflict, finances, intimacy, family history, and shared values—while giving you space to ask questions, deepen your understanding of each other, and name what matters to you both moving forward.

Whether you’re just engaged or already planning the big day, this package offers intentional support in a relaxed, compassionate space. Sessions are tailored to your unique relationship and can include optional tools like relationship assessments and guided reflection exercises.

After you book your first session, I’ll personally reach out to schedule the remaining five at times that work for you.

Building Bridges: A Toolkit for Families Impacted by Self-Harm

In-Person Workshop · 2.5–3 hours · Custom Pricing Based on Group Size & Travel

This interactive, psychoeducational workshop is designed for parents and their teens to attend together. It offers a safe, structured space to learn about the neurobiology of self-harm, build emotional regulation skills, and begin repairing the ruptures that often show up in families when self-harm is involved.

The format includes:

  • 45 minutes of joint psychoeducation

  • 45 minutes of breakout groups (teens with one facilitator, parents with another)

  • 45 minutes of structured reconnection and closing reflections

The tone is real, compassionate, and non-shaming. Families walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of what drives self-harming behaviors, and a sense of connection and hope moving forward.

This workshop is available for booking at schools, clinics, churches, and community spaces. Reach out using the contact form below to discuss scheduling, pricing, and tailoring it to your group’s needs.

“Understanding why you feel a certain way does not change how you feel but it can keep you from surrendering to intense reactions.”
